HELP: Where to buy laminated tote bags

DO any of you have any idea where I can purchase these type of bags? These are laminated bags that vinyl lettering can be used for personalizing. I am need several different styles with a variety of sizes. Thanks for your help.

I have seen these before with vinyl. I am new to this .. Are you going to use scal to print out the vinyl. I havent found a monogram yet for this type of project.
