Fire Works

I know this is going to be a hard ask, but can anyone make me fire works as in the popping in the sky so the way they go up and the pop with the bits that go down .....I know this is such a hard one ...but IM sure it going to take the best to do.

Please could someone help me with this...I will so grateful

I'm thinking what they mean is like you see at New Years and the fireworks go up and you have the swirly pieces coming down..
