Now does anyone have a clue how we can replicate this using our software?

This is a group of images welded or merged together. I have created many cutter files for these. I call them jumbles, some call them mesh, or some call them tangles.

I create mine in illustrator, but it is a grouping of images that slightly overlap and then you merge/weld them together.

The smaller the images the more points to cut, the more points the larger the file size and possibly the slower the cut.

However, it can be done.
