I have an idea on how to make the file, but I have no working scanner with me at the moment. Is the Apple Chipboard Book by STUDIO 18.

I searched for the Apple Album by Studio 18. I think I found pic of what you want. I went a little above and beyond though, because the apple I found was colored. I didn't add holes for the o ring though. The board book .svg is all one piece.
