Craft Edge

Hi,

I'm new to the Cricut and SCAL. What little bit I've played with both has been great but I have a question. Is there a way to bring up a photo onto SCAL and place that photo on your mat and have Cricut cut around the photo? For instance if I wanted to cut an image out of a photo, can I do that? I'm sorry if this has already been addressed but I can't find it anywhere on the forum. Thanks for any help you can give me.

You can do that using the print and cut technique here on my blog

You will need Inkscape unless your photo is very high contrast so you can trace it in SCAL.
