outline on box drawn

Post by balletcostumemom »

I'm trying to use Inkscape to design some flyers. I've drawn a box that I've colored in with some gradient coloring and then used fonts and imported some photos on top of the now colored background. However, when I print it, the original drawn box has a thin line border around it that I cannot figure out how to make disappear. Any suggestions? I want to be able to print the page on cardstock without the line border.

Select the box and then shift-click the first box in the color swatches (it has an x thru it). This will set the stroke (outline) of the box to none.
