I found this site on the web that has some vector (SVG) files you can download for personal and sometimes commercial use without copyright issues. If you see one you like, click on the details to see if there are more offerings by that artist.

Thanks for your replies. I've been searching the web for files that are already in .SVG format. You only need to import SVG files into SCAL, rather than going through Inkscape. That said, some SVG files do not cut well, or some may need tweaking in Inkscape in order to cut better. I don't know Inkscape very well, but have been able to do a little following the tutorials on the board, in the Tutorials section of SCAL website, and the help in Inkscape itself.

The intention of the links I would post as I find them are for .SVG files that are free, available for personal use with no copyright infringements. I especially like flourishes, so I have a tendency to judge a site upon whether it has any usable flourishes.

I started a thread here http://forums.surecutsalot.com/viewtopi ... =33&t=1145. I will continue to add sites to it as I find them, and I would like to encourage everybody else to add to it as well.
