Does anyone have an svg or eps of some polka dots? I know I can make them in inkscape, but I suppose my brain doesn't want to. Everytime I cut the onesthat I make... they aren't trruely circular. They are always wop-sided! Thanks so much!
OH! I really want polka dots with rings around them.

Re: polka dots
Yours are wop-sided because you probably stretch them but then don't check the x/y to make sure they are equal. Just look over to the x y components and make sure that the numbers are the same and you'll have circular dots.
This works for both Inkscape and SCAL

How simple is that? Thanks! How do I get a "ring" around them?

Re: polka dots
Just use the letter 0...Just make a double dot one larger than the other and sit the solid dot inside of it...

I did that but the font made an oval. I'll play around with more fonts.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: polka dots
Another way is to use the circles in basic shapes and then the alignment buttons to center one inside the other.
Some Cricuts don't cut circles properly. You can check this by cutting a circle from a cartridge and see if it looks oval-ish. If so, and your Cricut is new, might ask for a replacement. If is is too late for that, you can compensate in SCAL. For instance, elongate the circle in the direction a perfect circle gets squashed. It will take some trial and error but you should be able to get perfect circles that way.

Re: polka dots
I found a solution to the polka dots a few days ago.....just use a hole puncher, especially for multiple colors. I have (3) different sizes...1/2", 3/4", and 1 1/4". Works really well!
