I can't view SVG files with Windows Viewer. What do you use?

I'm new to all of this. How do you view your images on your computer once you've downloaded them?

I use adobe,
I think this one's free.

-If it looks good, you'll see it. If it sounds good, you'll hear it. If it's marketed right, you'll buy it.
But...if it's real, you'll feel it.
