Craft Edge

I have a couple of SVGs that when I click on the break apart (in SCAL) it freezes SCAL and then eventually gives me a C+ error and crashes. This is on my XP Pro system using 2.008.

Any suggestions?

Can you upload the SVG so we can take a look at the file? (Not all SVG files that are floating around the internet have been tested and debugged.)

I find that some of them have to be worked with in Inkscape before my SCAL2 program will cut them.

This happens to me also, with a SVG file I made.

I am very new to this, so there's no telling what I am doing wrong!

Thank you both for responding. I think it was the faulty file that I created. Those files were created with Inkscape (not AI). I seem to struggle with creating inkscape files. I deleted them and started again and things are working better. Thanks for your time!!
