it's easier than you think.
you can either do a full sheet then cut or cut then dust.
all you basically do is, take your shape, cover with versamark or such, just press the shape into the pad (or visa versa) then pick up a small amount of mica on your brush and dust it over - the mica will stick to the versamark, then leave to dry or dry gently with a heat gun. it will give the shimmer of perl card
