Okay so here is my take on this.. Wow what a challenge.. I was having a brain fart earlier today but managed it..LOL

The background was made using filters in inkscape..

DC, I cut it this morning, large, about 8" for a tile. Cut just fine.

Sorry, I'm incapable of helping with this, but I wanted to say that my grandson thinks that the correct expression is BUMPER, not bummer! :lol:

You can open it in PAINT and then hit the resize button and change to 50% and then file and save as the same picture and then you should beable to post it better...or post it large and I will resize it for you.
