Gee you have not have much fun with this one
I noticed in Inkscape the the 2 elements that didn't show up did not display their node when clicked on with the node edit tool.
So I selected them and selected "object to path". Their nodes appeared and now in SCAL2 they look like they will cut as per the preview.

You Rock!! I downloaded it from here and then opened it in SCAL and it works! I now have all the camper parts. This is the type of camper we used when I was a kid. So, when I get around to doing those pages I can add this to them.
