is tinga talking about tabbing? She said she sets here default to .25? maybe periods at .25 tabbed?

OKay definately communication problems here.
Heres a pic of my line of scoring using default setting set at .25 any font and using this .......... character
(known to some as periods and Aussies full stops )

I space the . out .(space bar 10 times). . . this will mark a line for scoring you may like to set the default lower depending on the paper/card you are using. Like anything its working out what works for you

Once you have your card, etc. done, save it, then bring it back up again. You can put solid lines where you want your score marks to be, then delete the original file and save the solid lines as file name?-score marks. When you put your paper into the cricut, first open up the score mark page, set your blade at the lowest level (2) and your pressure on the lowest, and press cut. Then without removing the paper, press the load paper button, put your blade and pressure back to the normal positions, change to the cutting file, and press cut. You will have your score marks on the completed project.

After reading the post of course I stayed up till 1 am messing with it on a Sunday night, of course I had to be a work at 8 the next morning. Is it me or is inkscape like a cranky toddler, sometimes it does what you want and other times it is just stubborn and does nothing. I made a dash and got it the size of my line width then I copied it and pasted it where I needed it. But first I made a layer. What was real neat was is where I put my cursor and hit control v it popped right in. Then when my line turned a different direction, I just turned it to the same angle with the selection tool. Then of course you have to delete the actual fold lines on the layer underneath. I sure hope this is making sense. Here is the SVG of what I did. When I first was working on this pattern I had a cut pattern and a fold pattern. But that is a real pain to line up in Sure Cuts A Lot. If anyone has any easier ideas I would sure appreciate the help also.
