Support for SCAL2 is provided through December 31, 2011.
I have had a sudden issue with my SCAL2 program as well. Mine started happening overnight just like yours. My issue is that the images are not cutting completely. I am having to go thru each image and each letter when using fonts and use a razor knife to complete the cuts. I am SO frustrated!!! I have been on several forums, contacted the company, and even spoke to Leo at svgcuts.com. I cannot find a solution to why its doing this and cannot seem to fix the problem. I have been using my Cricut and SCAL2 for my business for 3-4 yrs now and this problem is slowing the production of my orders down drastically! I have emailed the company many times and they usually don't even respond. I am so frustrated I'm to the point of just purchasing a "regular vinyl cutter" and a whole new software program. I really don't want to do that tho because I have hundreds of SCUT files that will not convert over to a new program, not to mention I really can't afford a new machine. I have already purchased a brand new Cricut to see if that is the problem and its not. If anyone can help figure out this problem I would GREATLY appreciate it.
