Papasue -- I'm going to see if I can find the upgrade to .43 tonight. Not sure how to get at it and if it is in CraftEdge's site or not. That is a good suggestion.
What an ordeal...but it is now working. I found 2.043 and installed. I also downloaded the grad_woot file again from Scrappy Dew and it now opens. I think maybe there were 2 things going on...these 2 files got corrupted somehow and then 2.041 may have also been corrupted because I couldn't even do an oval and see it in SCAL. I downloaded my own file that I posted in the forum (good reason for putting files there) and it works. I'm think I'm back in business. Yipee. Completely ruined my Sunday, but I learned a lot in the process and am thankful for all the suggestions.
If you do not have the 2.043 version yet I found it at this link. Get it now while it is still there.
