The layers from a SVG should still be grouped into subfolders when imported, so if they are not, it is something we will need to fix in the program.

So please do not try to modify the SVG files to accommodate the layer/folder issue as we will try to fix this shortly.

I think it's really great to see craftedge respond to an issue so important to designers. I'm not at that level, but I really liked their response here to help guide your crafting. THANKS!!!

Any update on this? I'm kind of holding off doing much design work until SCAL is fixed. I guess I could downgrade to a working version, but I'd hate to do that and then have the fix released.

If I do downgrade, anyone have suggestions on what version would be best? I have .030, .029, and .027 still lying around (glad I didn't delete the downloads now). I'd like to play with print & cut a bit, but I think that showed up in .038, right?
