It has been about a week and still no word from support.
I have tried just about everything I can think of to get SCAL2 to work on my Windows Vista computer so I went back to the original version of SCAL ver 1.xx and it at least works.
I did download SCAL2 to another PC that has Windows XP and at least the programs opens.
Have any of you requested a refund?
