There is, it's in the Edit/Preferences menu. I haven't been able to get any of the SCAL2 updates to work on my Win 7 laptop. Been working with CE to try to figure out why I can't cut and why it keeps crashing.
In the meantime, I am back to using hubby's Sony Viao laptop. It has the Vista operating system and SCAL 2.010 which cuts great with no bugs or crashes.
