Help..shadow of text

Post by rhondab »

My grandson wants text on the back of his cell phone..problem is his phone is black, he wants a a medium blue, which won't show up very good unless I have a lighter shadow behind...I just can't get it right..can someone tell me where a tutorial is or can tell me how to make a shadow behind the text?

After you type your text, make a copy of it and select it.
On the right hand side of SCAL there is a menu for "appearance" it will say NORMAL. It is a drop down box and you have the option of shadow, (pointy, round, etc.). Below that is Shadow Blackout with the same options. Select the one you want. You cut out both and layer them carefully :P .
