Help for a Fundraiser

Post by debodel »

I found out last Thursday that a local firefighter - 26, wife, 2 children - has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymhoma. A fundraiser is underway and I have been asked to create a few items (decals and such) for this fundraiser - which I did. Then, they came back and the county has designed a patch in support of this you man - well, they want me to make an design out of it. I've tried several times and just can't get it quite right. Can someone help me with this? TIA

We also have a local singer/songwriter who has written/recorded and release this song in honor of our firefighter. I've attached a link to the video. The song is now being played on country radio nationwide!!

It was so touching though...(there was a kleenex alert!) and it's nice to see compassion from others come out in all kinds of ways...a reminder to take nothing for granted, eh?

I know that a few are following this story and I wanted to let you know that Chris Landreau passed away this morning. He has received the ultimate healing and is now rejoicing in heaven. Please pray for his wife and his two little girls.

So sorry to hear this. May he rest in peace. We had a local fire man pass away in route to a fire and left 3 girls. My prayers from my family to his. :(
