Please Help! Party Blowout Cover

Hi I am trying to make a cover for a party blowout,but cannot seem to get it right.
If anyone has one or can help me make one I would really appreciate it.

I guessed at the sizes, so I welded the pieces and then grouped them rather than using Path/Union. If you need to resize, just ungroup and size as needed.

Can you post the svg format please?

kswjeff if you have SCAL2 just open the image in SCAL2 and then go to file export and it will export as an svg

Here it is although as sweetness said the other works as well in scal
