Buccaneer head logo

I need help with a school logo! I am terrible at Inkscape so was hoping some kind-hearted person could convert this buccaneer head into an SVG for me. I know it's small but it was the best I could find so far. I only need the picture, not any of the words. Is it possible to have it in 3 files, one for each color? Blue, red & white? Thanks so much in advance for any help you can give!
