Game Board Wheel

Can somebody please help me create this wheel? I just need to black portions to cut so that I can add my own pictures to it. The center can be blacked out so that images can be glued on top of it. I've been trying to create it myself and can't get the center circle to attach to the spokes and outer circle. Thanks for your help!

gj1 thanks for your help. For some reason I'm not able to open your file the way I normally do and once I get it opened, it is blank. Maybe has something to do with it being a scut2 file? Not sure. I sorta fixed my problem using basic shapes in scal. It is in 2 pieces but works for what I'm going to use it for. Thanks again for your help. Here is the file in case anybody else ever needs it. It's funny how the simple files often get overlooked but always cause me the most problems.

Thanks for the free files. They are great!!! Now I need to figure out a project to use them on but I always loved the roulette at the carnivals. Thanks again.
