Intricate SVG's anyone?

Post by TKTeams »

Hi everyone...

I am really into tiles lately... Love them! And I have been having a blast trying all of the Intricate designs I've found here. But I'm sure there are more that I haven't found yet... Does anyone have any svg's that are Intricate & WOW factor???

So far I have done the zebra - Very cool file! Thank you to whoever shared it...
The Sea Turtle - Not easy to do, but I LOVE how it turned out...
Some other great ones I've tried are the bear hunter, butterfly hair & the dragonfly mesh...

Any others that are perfect to try??? Anyone want to share???

Thanks so much....

You really need to take some time and go to the svg section of this forum and start looking around. There are many beautiful borders, boxes, frames, There are just too many to mention.
But here is one of my favorites they are Victorian style fans

As beautiful as these designs are, I've yet to cut one. I don't know if I would have the patience to wait for one to finish cutting. Let me know how the cutting goes.

I got her fans when I went there the first time I seen the beautiful stuff on that page but was in a hurry and forgot to bookmark it. The patients it must have taken to design such beautiful things is beyond me, all I can say is WOW

Thanks so much y'all... :) I really love this stuff...

For me the only trouble I have with the really intricate stuff is when I'm weeding it & using the permanent stick type of vinyl - sheesh, that can be hard... Not impossible, but a serious challenge...

As far as the time it takes to cut it... It does take a while - I just start cutting & walk away... LOL I have no patience to sit & watch - I just come back & hope that it worked... LOL

I think I need to spend some time learning inkscape so I can create these cool things - any suggestions on the best tutorials for inkscape / designing svgs & meshing???

I know nothing now, but I plan on learning...

Thanks again - Lots of cool stuff to look at... :)
