Inkscape on screen

odd question: When I return to Inkscape after minimizing the screen the tabs on the top right for minimizing and exiting are up too high on the screen for me to see and click on. I click on the little arrow on the bottom right in Ink that says Windows icons and with a little adjusting I can see them again. My question is why does this happen and can I keep it from happening? It's such a pain to keep adjusting the page. Thanks

Rightclick on your Inkscape folders and change the windows size properties... just right click/properties/and then in shortcut check and see if the option is minimized or maximized... I have mine set for maximized and half the time the inkscape is off center of my screen when I open it..
