Wedding Invitations

Post by nefcook21 »

I am making my son's wedding invitations and was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a template for this kind of invitation.

Thank you--Nancy

I'm thinking this is the shape you need. This should work when you make your folds. You might have to scale it.

This is a great template. I am actually making my SIL invites and had originally wanted to do the envelope like this. I ended up changing the idea because I couldn't find a template. Out of curiosity where would you purchase paper this length (16") to make these invites?

Col--I have no idea. After I asked for the template I realized that the paper was really long. I know you can purchase legal size cardstock just don't know if there is a vast array of colors.

So I think I'm going to have to change designs.

Provocraft makes 12x24 paper pads to fit their 12x24 mats. You might want to check Hobby Lobby or Michaels. Could get quite expensive making invitations though. ;)

I googled and found some 11x17 paper here http://www.lcipaper.com/1117.html
Color selection is limited though.
