If you just want to cut the files, open SCAL, then import the file (File/Import svg).
If you want to edit the files, you will need Inkscape or one of the other vector editing programs. HTH

OMG I wasn't even looking for this, but its perfect! I just made a circular card for a friend and tried taking a pic of it for my archives and it wouldn't stand up, then I happened across this! Perfect. I'm sliding one in with the card! Thanks so much!

You need to open SCAL and import (under the File tab in the top left hand corner) the .svg file that you downloaded.
