error on scal

Does anybody ever get the 'cannot cut' error after you get everything done and all ready. preview is great and hit cut. I did the update and all and its still doing it.

Me too Kristi! It was working great last week and now nothing but 'error msg' when trying to cut. I think I'll email Todd since I'm not the only one.

Update... I just figured out my problem; It was setting itself to Expressions version 2.3 and I needed to change it to 2.1. I'm such a dork sometimes! Hope something like that helps you?

Donna,
I've been getting the error message too. It's scaring me since it happened right after I updated firmware yesterday. How did you check the setting you mentioned? I can't figure that out.

Adrian, I pm'd you on the details of restoring defaults in edit/preference if your box to choose version was turned off.

Mine is on 2.1 and its still saying "error while trying to cut" grrrr I'm so frustrated. Help!
