preview?
I have a design done with several layers, which stack on top of each other in the final product. What I see on the mat is semi-transparent layers with the colors mixing. I would like to view what it looks like before I start cutting. Preview only shows cut lines. I don't know what the correct terminology is for what I want to do, so searching the forum isn't helping. Is there a way to make the layers completely opaque so that a layer behind another doesn't show through?
Re: preview?
I figured it out! Turning Workplace Alpha up to 100 in the Document tab gives me the view I needed.
Re: preview?
Good for you, Laurie! Glad you figured it out.
Note that you can also change the Opacity on any given shape by lowering it on the Fill & Stroke Panel... Just in case the next time it happens, your Workspace Alpha is already set to 100.
