can some one please tell me how to make any clipart in a pattern to use as a file i can cut with scal.
any help would be apprisiated

You will need inkscape (free download at inkscape.org) to trace and convert your images to svg format.
There are some good videos on the process listed at http://www.furl.net/member/cricupediatv. Select Inkscape from the pull down topics menu.
