Scal 4 Not recognizing Cameo 3

I recently purchased the cameo 3 . I could not get scal4 to recognize it. It keeps tellingme not found. I have updated scal4 and all the cameo and computer software is up to date. Please help me with this I really need scal4 to work with my cameo 3.

Make sure you add the Cameo 3 from the Cutter menu -> Manage Cutters window and not are not using the older Cameo 1 or 2 profile.

You also may want to try to reset the connection before trying to cut again by powering off the Cameo3, disconnect the USB, wait a few seconds and then connect and power on again.
