i activated the software but it keeps doing the watermark before it star cutting why is that

Restart SCAL and check again, If it still adds the watermark, go to Help>About Sure Cuts A Lot. If the software was successfully activated, you should see, at the bottom of that window, your name and registration. If you DO see that, then start a support ticket at Craft Edge's web site.
