Converting Files And Opening In SCAL

Hi

Bit new to this so I could do with some help lol.

I have converted a Studio into SVG but this will not open in Canvas, get an error message so I have to open it up in SCAL but this seems to alter the size, I then have to change the size again and save as FCM which will then open in Canvas.

Anyone know why the SVG will not open up in Canvas?

I also seem to have to split designs up before I save in Studio e.g. card base on one page and card toppers on another page or when I got through the above process when it eventually gets in Canvas a lot of the design is missing.

Hope this makes sense to someone and they can offer advice
