Please help with a purchased file

I bought the frames set from BabyKays. See photo. I am trying to cut the file in the middle on the bottom row. I am using SCAL2. When I import the SVG file I lose the cut lines. I also posted a picture of how it actually cut out.

Do you want them to be layers? If you look at the image, it's cutting exactly the way it looks. If you all three layers, then you're going to have to break them apart and pull them apart. Does that make sense?
