Serial Number doesn't work for activation

I purchase SCAL Pro from USCutter about a year ago and just recently upgraded to a new computer. For some reason, my serial number on the cd package is not working to activate SCAL Pro. I had this problem before on my old computer, but I can't remember what I had to do to get it work. Any suggestions?

You must deactivate the program on the old computer before you can activate it on the new one. You can only use the serial for two computers at a time. Or call Craftedge if that is not possible.

Thanks for the reply. Actually, the problem was the serial number. I found an old email from US Cutter that explained the issue. Apparently the serial number has an extra "0" starting the first set of numbers. Once I removed that, I had to deactivate the other registration and was then able to activate the new installation of the software.
