Does anyone have an SVG file similar to the butterfly glass name card I have attahced?

OK so a quick and dirty trace of that pic gave me this
you might want to play with the nodes/lines a little - the 3 small butterflies are already "cut out" (extracted) from the large one so you'd need to "break apart" to alter those (I did this so it's easier to grab and resize as it's now a single object)

because the pic is not square on (it's taken at an angle) you have to trace half, then duplicate, flip and union.
then trace the small butterfly and duplicate it and reduce the size, rotate and place in place.
all done with the bezier tool
then you just select the large butterfly and the smaller ones and path>exclusion (I used inkscape but in scal it would be back minus front I think)
