I had my computer crash. I had to reload my sure cuts alot. I need my serial number to use it. I cannot get any answers. I bought it from punkin patch . ANY HELP IN GETTING THEM TO SEND IT.

I had a similar situation happen to me. All you need to do it provide CE support your name, serial number and they reset your registration so you can install and register it with them again. It's pretty simple and they are helpful at CE.
