Need help making a svg..

I have a request for a cleveland state logo. Can someone make this into a svg file? Thank you!

btt -- if I have time this evening, will give it a go. In the meantime, maybe someone else is working on it but will bump this back up.

Here is my attempt:

The file contains both the color pieced image and one that would be suitable for a vinyl cutout.
