Help please!!

Post by Valentine »

My computer will not "make" my Cricut cut. I have used it several times this week already with no problems, but today SCAL2 just locks up and does nothing when I tell it to cut. I have reinstalled the usb drivers and nothing!! What could be wrong??

You may need to uninstall and reinstall SCAL 2. Shut everything down (Cricut and computer) and restart first. If that doesn't work, reinstall SCAL2.

double check to make sure the cricut usb is pluged into the cricut and the computer. if you have a different usb port to plug it inot try that.

I usually need to wiggle my usb connections on both my laptop and circut to make it work. (my laptop is way old)

What is the exact error message you are receiving?

With some versions there is a second 'start cutting' button to click. Not sure if this is the problem, but this has happened to me before, also.
