WOW...is this your lucky day??? Congrats!!!
Re: eCal for eClips was posted sometime yesterday for downlo
Well I did it, I downloaded the software just to see what it looks like, no cutting yet.
The screen is beautiful, crisp and clear...of course i have a mac and my screen is pretty good anyway,
Anyhow, I had to try it out. I have a design I made for the "not cute challenge" this am and wanted to see what it looked like and what I could do with it in eCAL. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=26261
I took the pieces from my second post since SCAL in general doesn't like all the filters and extensions that you can use in Inkscape. Then I assembled the pieces and just for the heck of it applied a pattern from the pattern library....just testing to see if I can break it you know. NOPE, worked perfectly.
I think I'm gonna love this program (even with having to buy it) and look forward to the eclips living up to its hype too.
I'm a happy camper

Re: eCal for eClips was posted sometime yesterday for downlo
oopsie, I found a fatal bug that turned out to be a glitch in the installer. I can still work with the program but when I save the file I can't reopen it.
I emailed CE and got a message right back with an "atta girl" for finding it so quickly. I see that the download has been halted. I'd guess we will see it very soon again. In the meantime I'll keep working with my version and let you know what I find.
Ciao

Re: eCal for eClips was posted sometime yesterday for downlo
i have downloaded the trial version to see how it work with the eclips, but cant install the drivers.can anyone please help me.what cables do i need and where do i plug them?thank you
Re: eCal for eClips was posted sometime yesterday for downlo
I take the same cable as for the controller and then into a USB port. If you are on your machine already had the computer loads the driver when you turn on the machine and simply connects.
Please excuse my bad English.
