Cutting Lines With SureCut Pro

Post by kaoneal »

I just purchased a USCutter Titian 15" table top cutter and was advised to get help her on what speed and force to use when cutting iron on glitter vinyl. I can barley see the lines after it is cut. I have even double cut. Any help with be great as to what to set my Speed and Force on. Thanks in advance

You have probably already figured this out by now...

I have a Titan and I cut glitter vinyl at 200g force and speed anywhere from 200-450
This really all depends on your blade depth being set correctly though.

Hi, I have some problems with cutting on DC4SX. Ive done every kind of calibration and nothing helps. Ive changed the knife, and knife holder to new one. Plotter still doesnt cut straight on contour lines cuts are quite off the lines Does anyone have any suggestions how to fix this problem, is it hardware or software issue ?

It sounds like a cutter issue. What material are you cutting? When you calibrated did you get a perfect contour cut after that? Are you cutting many shapes on a single sheet or one single contour cut? Some photos would be very helpful.
