Just because it was there I decided to try and create a design totally in eCAL using basic shapes. Here is what I did today.

No file to download as once you see it and see where things came from you should be able to DIY. The only additional thing you might want/need is a font called FACE OFF. I'm pretty sure it was dafont.com but it isn't there anymore, alothough it refers to it, but there are many other face fonts to work with or you could just draw your own with basic shapes.
