Is there anyone who can vector the background image for the Arizona Lic plate sunset with cactus or have one already done?

Your link isn't working, but it shouldn't be too hard to trace the silhouettes. You will probably need to adjust the settings since the silhouettes are purple rather than black. Tracing the sun and sunset gradient are a different story. You should be able to add in the sun using the basic shapes though. also if you need the white layer, that looks like you could probably use a partial offset of the purple layer.

There are possibly a LOT of nodes - but you can delete the colours/bits you don't want then simplify etc.
