Hi all I'm still working on it but just wanted to show you what I have done so Far. I'm going to try to post all the pictures I'm kinda new at the posting and online thing so cross your fingers lol. Oh and I just wanted to say I used to spend allot of money on the Glitter Card stock paper 12x12 and 12x24 Then I found out something great (Spray Paint)!! They Have glitter spray paint and glossy spray paint there .89 at family dollar and 1.59 a can at Walmart. The Paper Dries so Fast and just 1 can can be used on a 25 pack of card stock paper it doesn't matter what color paper you use when you spray it they all come out the same color!

To answer your question...
Your computer probably has a Paint program. Open that and then File Open, and find your pictures...click on resize and change the top numberto 20% with maintain aspect ratio checked, and click OK, then click SAVE. Now upload the new smaller size photo to the forum.

AWESOME...very cool about the spray paint...GREAT to know. Also...you have the look of vinyl without the permanent stick.
Although...it must have taken you some time to get the butterflies all in place SO PERFECT! Love the portrait of the girl...so pretty! Thanks for sharing and glad you know how to do the pics resizing now.
