Oh, I love this idea!! I'm not sure I have my head around what it does though. I think the ice cream cone is the same in the inside and the outside, and it turns as you open the card, is that right? So you have to get it centered exactly right so that it will turn as you open the card. Is there a trick to making it? I gotta try it...

It can be a bit of a mind teaser...it is the same principle as the way I make pop out card. Use an image like the cone and then make a shadow of it, and back minus front on the shadow, and then union a rectangle over half of it to make the inside part half of a cone. Then you have to use paste in place and different pages is what I did and cut the larger shadow out of the front of the card and a mat if you like with another shadow size. It is difficult for me to explain...but with some time it can be done.

Now, I just tested my rectangle cut...which I just used the pen tool to cut the inside and it is off just a bit when it closes...but I tried to fix it and mess everything up and had to come back to the board to get my original file which with a rotary blade and ruler the edge on the inside cut that does not fit exact within the outside frame can just be trimmed by hand. I'm tired of this project now :P

OH, and I also tried to beefy up my lattice cone cut and that took me forever and then I really did not like as well as the original but left it there anyway..maybe could be used behind the thin one for more layers.

Thanks so much for posting this. I will need to sit and ponder a bit to get how it works. I'll post if I end up with a successful try.
