SCAL 4 PRO GREY SCREEN

Every time I open up scal 4 pro I just get a grey blank screen. The function bar is at the top and I have already added my cutter (sc2) and nothing works still. Please help!

What EXACT version of SCAL4 Pro are you running... please don't say the latest. Also, are you on a PC or a Mac? What operating system?

I was able to get it working! Everything was downloaded correctly but I guess my window was too small? I resized my window and everything popped up perfectly fine.
