Must turn off eClips after each cut.

Post by PaperMaid »

My eClips must be turned off after each cut. I am running eCAL2 2.018 on a Mac with iOS 10.11.1. If I fail to turn off the machine, eCAL freezes and I must force quit the program. I am not sure if this is a eClips or eCAL problem.

Complete the customer support form for CraftEdge. They should be able to help you resolve the issue.

Just a note: There is an update for the MAC to 2.019. You might try that and see if it helps.

Susan, I'm sorry you have this issue as well, but good to know it isn't just me. I did enter a customer service form but as of yet have not heard from them.

And now there is a 2.020 update, but it doesn't mention ecal2 freezing, so hope they check it out and get back on this one.
