I tried to cut after printing. Normally there was no problem. At this time the software stopped after pressing the button next (to find the reg. marks). I thougt to update my software. On the craft edge site I wrote my name and my serial number. "invalid"... then I tried to get an email with my right serial number (even I think it was right) I didn't get an email.
Then I tried to cantact the support. But just the same problem... no answer, no email.
Can somebody help me? What can I do?
