Laser turns off at the second registration mark
Laser turns off at the second registration mark
When I am aligning the regisration marks everything works as it should for the first one. But, when I move to the second one the laser turns off and will not come back on. I see that one other person has had this issue, but no solution was given in their thread. Is there a known fix for this?

I'm assuming you are using an eclips!?
There is a tiny rectangular box located on the back of the machine. Approaching the machine from the back, you will see a long horizontal opening for the mat. If you look all the way to the right on the horizontal opening you will see the black rectangular box. Using a clean Q-Tip, brush off any dust left from your paper cuttings. Hopefully this will solve your problems.
